How To Prepare The Sausage
Step 1: Form Patties
Take a small handful of minced sausage and form them into small, hand-sized round patties. Each 400 gram batch should make 10-12 patties.
Step 2: Fry Them
To fry them, you can use a skillet or an air fryer. If you use a skillet, the patties will make their own grease but you may need a little oil according to your preference. Fry each side 3-5 minutes on medium-high heat. If you use an air fryer, cook them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, no flipping necessary.
Step 3: Serve Them
Allow the patties 3 minutes to cool and serve with your favorite breakfast items. Make sure the sausage is fully cooked; a little bit of pink tinge is normal but if you see a translucent pink then cook longer!
